Hillary Clinton appeared to fall ill during a memorial service in New York City commemorating the fifteenth anniversary of 9/11. A video posted on Twitter earlier today showed Mrs. Clinton appearing to stumble and fall as Secret Service agents helped her get in her van.
Clinton campaign says Mrs. Clinton felt overheated
The Clinton campaign issued the following statement:
Secretary Clinton attended the September 11th Commemoration Ceremony for just an hour and thirty minutes this morning to pay her respects and greet some of the families of the fallen. During the ceremony, she felt overheated, so departed to go to her daughter's apartment and is feeling much better.

Later in the day, Mrs. Clinton was seen leaving the apartment of her daughter Chelsea and appeared to have recovered. Mrs. Clinton said, “I’m feeling great, it’s a beautiful day in New York.”
Temperature was in the low-80’s
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said, “it was pretty hot out there, but she seemed fine to me and left on her own accord.” The Washington Post reported that the temperature was in the low 80’s.
It is likely that today’s incident will increase the attention on Clinton’s health during the rest of the campaign and move questions about her health to the mainstream media over the coming days.
Hillary Clinton falling ill Sunday morning at a memorial service on the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks will catapult questions about her health from the ranks of conservative conspiracy theory to perhaps the central debate in the presidential race over the coming days.
